October 2013 Seminar

We at Maida CustomVision would like to invite you to a seminar to be held at our facility located at 11945 San Jose Blvd.., Suite 102  in Mandarin.    The date is October 10, 2013 and the time is 7:00 PM.  Dr. Maida will present a brief history of refractive surgery and an overview of the LASIK procedure.  The seminar will conclude with a tour of our laser center.  Refreshments will be served and a discount off of the regular cost of the procedure will be given to all attendees.  This is an excellent opportunity to meet Dr. Maida and the Staff.  Please call our office at (904)268-3937 to reserve a spot as seating is limited.
